At SPD, we adopt a value centred approach.
1. Passion for support and Self development
Providing a window for young people to develop and explore their values, beliefs and behaviours, helping to increase their understanding of themselves and their role in society.
2. Self development through peaceful and insightful means
Through our wide range of self development programmes, which are all not at all experiential but specific to needs and interactive, challenging but fun, we engage, support, motivate and encourage voluntary participation for young people to take control of their decisions in life as a key factor to their success.
3. Integrity, Accountability and Result Oriented
Each programme/event is designed to work with young people on their own terms while providing a safe, youth-friendly, non-judgemental environment where young people can build relationships, confidence and self-esteem, gain essential life skills and make the right decisions and find ways to deal with their daunting issues around them.
